Hello people! As you know, lockdown's really boring me and my life's been anything but uneventful in my little studio flat in Oxford. I want to talk about how I spiced it up by buying new plants for the home, and introduce my new favourite plant shop Holmbush Flowers which sells a huge variety of plants, composts and accessories on Etsy.
The shop is totally amazing and stocks a huge variety of plant accessories and decorative stones which are suitable for small homes. I love how they have very affordable things such as cute little pots and accessories, which are totally perfect for smaller spaces as everything's rather petite. They sell a huge selection of indoor plants and have everything ranging from ZZ plants to Snake plants.
I chose this gorgeous Alocasia Polly because it looked wonderful and photogenic. This plant is perfect for studio apartments as they're beautiful and lovely, plus the leaves are so big and bright. The leaves of the Alocasia 'Polly' are almost black with light veins. The leaves of the Ponytail palm are extraordinary, plus they purify the air. This is a stunning plant for any room! The plant is easy to maintain and really healthy. I love how Holmbush shipped it quickly and everything arrived in perfect condition. The plants came in perfect condition and arrived in a lovely box so everything was entirely intact. Nothing was broken and the plants are of excellent quality- alive, well and blooming. I love it so much! They're so easy to care for too, as you don't often need to water them.
