I'm In Vintage Paradise- Dolly and Dotty Dress Review

Attention all 50s, 60s and 70s vintage, pin-up fashion lovers! Dolly and Dotty, a UK-based shop, has the most gorgeous range of vintage women's clothing's I've seen in a while. Whether you're a fifties girl, or someone who wants to dress up as a 60s pin-up girl for Halloween, the shop will have something for you. Who said that you can't dress up as a pin-up girl even though we are in the twenty-first century?

Dolly and Dotty sells swing dresses, polka-dot dresses, tops and skirts for all sorts of ranges. Best of all, their sizes include plus-sizes, so for the fuller girls out there you need not worry. Most of their dresses are knee-length or above, which makes it look extra elegant and vintage looking. I've honestly never seen such a colourful shop before- they have reds, blues and greens, as well as bright yellow dresses and dotted swing dresses, just to name a few!

V-Neck Polka Dot Swing Dress- Dolly and Dotty- £34.99

I ordered a Blue Polka Dot Swing dress from the shop and it arrived within a week which was super speedy. The packaging was great and the dress arrived in mint condition. I chose this design because I wanted a casual vintage dress that could be worn for holidays, as well as generally, and thought blue dots looked fresh and young. I paired it with red lipstick and some ballet pumps, and it looks great with a braid or an all-back hairstyle.

I'm in love with the material of the dress. It is made from stretchy, super soft cotton, which means that it's breathable and tough. This classic vintage style dress creates a lovely 50’s hourglass silhouette. It sure hugs the body at the right places!
