Comfortable, Portable and Durable- Betabrand Review

Once in a while, I come across an innovative and unusual brand that I can't wait to share with you. Today, this brand's called Betabrand, and it is really special. The brand sells clothing for men and women, as well as shoes and accessories that are made from people's original ideas- you, as a consumer, has input in their design process and you can submit ideas to their site for people to vote and judge.

How does it work? The brand uses a crowd funding model to propel new ideas to the customers. The best ideas get crowd funded and put to manufacturing, and the result is that these products are really consumer-driven and focussed. For example, Betabrand has awesome dress work pants that feels like yoga pants, which is made for people who want comfort and style. These ideas would have come from their amazing team of designers and even customers as we all have a say!

I want to show you these Classic Sparkle Better-ballet flats - these shoes were delivered to me as I wanted to try out these lovely shoes. Betabrand sells these wonderful arch-support shoes that are classy and elegant, and they're perfect for work. For example, these ballet flats have a subtle and cool design, as they feature a sparkly exterior, a lovely inner lining and comfortable arch-support.

In terms of the design and quality, these shoes are impeccable as they are made from an ultra light vegan leather exterior which is easy to clean, simple and delightful. They look cool and sophisticated, and are suitable for the office as well as for a night out. The outsole is made from a lovely thermoplastic rubber for flexibility. The insides are fully lined with memory foam for a great fit and shock absorption. I feel like I'm walking on air in these, and they're as comfortable as brands on the high street, if not even more! Probably the most comfortable pair of shoes that I've ever had!

As for the fit, I chose a US 7.5 which was just about right. I feel like I could have gone down half a size, and it would have still fit. The sizing are different for each shoe, however, so look at the size chart! The best thing about these shoes is that they have a wide fit, so it fits my feet really well. I don't like squeezed toes and these shoes are so comfortable to walk in.
