I booked a 2-hour hot stone massage and added on a 30-minute Thai foot massage just because I thought my feet deserved a little treat too. One of the fun little touches I loved was getting to choose my own massage oil before the session started. They had a few lovely options, but I went with Ylang Ylang — it smelled divine, sweet and floral but not overpowering. It really added to the whole experience and made it feel a bit more personal, like I was customising my own spa moment. A small detail, but honestly so fun!

Her technique was confident and precise, and she always checked in on the pressure — which was firm, but never painful. I could tell she was really tuned into how my body was reacting.

It was a traditional Thai-style one and involved this small wooden tool that she used to apply deep pressure along the soles of my feet and even into my arches and toes. At first, I was like “Whoa, this is intense!” — but not in a bad way. It was one of those “hurts so good” kinds of treatments, and once I got used to it, it was honestly incredible. It’s not your average fluffy spa foot rub — this one worked really well.
By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated — physically, mentally, emotionally. The combination of the heat from the stones and the deep, methodical footwork left me floating out of the spa like I was walking on clouds. I even forgot I had been crammed into an economy seat for over half a day just hours earlier.
