So the first pair of funky socks I got was this gorgeous pair of Red and Green Henley socks- these socks were designed with cute alternating stripes, and the iconic embroidered design on the front represents the brand's logo. I love the quality and the design- it reminds me of why I love the university-styled clothing that was so popular a while back, the preppy patterns and the cool, British winters. The quality of the socks are also fantastic- soft, breathable and well made.
I also got these lovely socks called The Francis (candy coloured) and The Bardwell (pink and navy) which are awesome and reminds me of Jack Wills, but they're much more affordable and gorgeous than anything from the other stores. The socks comes in a gift box if you want, so you can give it to a special someone, and they're perfect as christmas gifts to buy for your boyfriend, girlfriend or parents. The material is made from 88% cotton which means that the socks are soft and comfortable, as well as breathable and light-weight. What's great about the socks are that they come in a thinner material, as well as a thicker version which is suitable for the winter.
As well as styling up your winter with these socks (that goes really well with boots), Hortons also wells As you can see, I also got some gorgeous scarves from Hortons which are pictured above. The first item that I got was this 100% Windsor Cashmere scarf in camel- this scarf is one of my favourites as it's made from the softest, warmest material that I've ever felt. It is made with cashmere, which is one of the best wool fabrics available, and it looks absolutely pristine as the colour is spot on. It goes well with my leather jacket, wool jackets and pretty much everything!
The second item that I got was this lovely Hexham scarf in a checked pattern. This scarf is made from 100% lambswool, which is a warm and comfortable material, and it is beautiful because of it's unique texture and pattern. The scarf comes in a grey/ beige checked pattern which is something you'd see in preppy magazines or shops, but I've never seen such an affordable and beautiful scarf! Hortons really makes their designs unique, and this beautiful scarf is one of my favourites in my collection.
Overall, I'm deeply impressed with the quality of Hortons and their items, quality and styles are impeccable. I'd say that Hortons is a hidden gem amongst fashion fanatics, and that if you like the preppy, casual style that's quite popular this season, definitely check out their shop!
