Have you ever slept on a bed that's too hard? I know I have! My bed in my current studio apartment isn't the most comfortable because of the mattress. The mattress is old and quite hard, so I decided to buy a new mattress protector from Sleepmodshop in the hopes of improving my bed's comfort. And guess what? It worked wonderfully! In this blog post, I want to talk about how I improved my bed's comfort considerably by buying this wonderful mattress topper.

They sell mattresses, mattress protectors and comforters of all shapes and sizes. They ship worldwide and feature a huge range of products that you simply cannot miss if you want to improve your bed's comfort.
I got this King-sized merino wool mattress protector which arrived in the mail after 2-3 weeks of purchase. The mattress protector exceeded my expectations as it was large, soft and super thick. It was around 4cm thick which means that it gave my bed a thick cushiony layer on top of my mattress. I really liked how the protector felt against my skin and bed. It was warm and cozy because it had merino wool on one side, and a thin, cotton layer on the other. This means that it is reversible and could be switched around depending on your room's temperature and your home's climate.
I personally love the cotton side because it's cooler, and it is nearly summer in the UK. I also tried their wool side and boy, was it soft! Sleepmodshop's items are all carefully crafted in Bulgaria and their merino wool quality is top-notch. This means that their mattresses and protectors will last you for years to come!
In terms of the comfort, the mattress protector is one of the lightest and airiest things that I've ever slept under. The merino wool texture creates a soft cushion around my body as it gently sinks in, making it airier and even more comfortable than a normal protector. Best of all, I often feel cold at night and normal mattresses aren't warm enough, making me feel cold and uncomfortable. This duvet, however, feels great as it regulates my body temperature!
