I'm a huge fan of clothing that are 100% made in Britain- it's always nice to shop from local brands as they help fuel the local economy, and the quality of the items are usually better than if they're outsourced to places like China or India. Today, the spotlight is on Psych, a lovely menswear company that sells tops, underwear and caps for the everyday man.
A bit about Psych- the brand focuses on creating minimalistic, simple designs for the everyday man. The founder wanted to create something simple and clean-looking, and decided to start his own fashion brand which stocks the most gorgeous and stylish tops and items that I've seen in ages. Simplicity is the key in terms of men's fashion, and I can't get enough of their range.
I recently got two of their original Long-sleeve T-shirt in Black and White- these gorgeous shirts comes in a lot of colors, including Khaki, White, Black and Navy. I chose the most basic colors because I wanted to give my boyfriend some simple tops, and felt that these colors suited him best. What I love most about Psych is that most of their items comes in neutral, easy-to-match colors, so it's really convenient in terms of mixing and matching these pieces!
In terms of the quality, all of Psych's items are made from 100% soft jersey cotton, which is soft, a bit stretch and ultra comfortable. Cotton is one of the most natural and breathable fabrics that you can find, and these cotton tops aren't like anything I've ever seen. They're thick, luxurious and not see-through, which is great as I don't like tops which are too thin. The result is that these tops feels ultra high-quality and durable!
In terms of the fit and design, these t-shirts actually come in a long slim fit design. The sleeves are just the right length for my boyfriend, and the length of these shirts are actually a bit long. The designers definitely had in mind a simple, street-wear inspired style, and these tops totally look cool! I also love the other designs that Psych offers. They have cool t-shirts which come with a different collar, and stock short-sleeve tees also!
Overall, I'm extremely happy with my items from Psych. I love their simple designs, and every man out there needs these basic pieces! I always believe in the saying that "less is more" and in this sense, Psych 's apparel is spot on - perfect for men who want to look stylish.
