How Azadi Skincare Liberates Radiance

It's time for another skincare real talk because that's what this blog is all about! Honestly, I just want to say- dealing with eczema/allergic skin makes finding the right skincare products feel like a never-ending struggle. And after coming back from Dubai (it was VERY hot every single day) with a bunch of new sunspots, pimples and visible veins, I really needed something effective to help my skin bounce back. That's when I discovered Azadi. I was on the lookout for something that could soothe my inflamed skin and brighten up its dullness, and Azadi seemed promising.

Azadi Skincare was created by their founder after realizing that people with darker skin tones really needed better skincare options. I really connect with what Azadi is all about. They create skincare that's safe and effective for melanin-rich skin, like mine, focusing on long-lasting health instead of just quick fixes. What I love most is how they stand up against the old beauty standards that favor lighter skin, celebrating every shade of melanin. It’s awesome to see a brand that cares about all of us equally.

I was gifted the Complete Skin Care Set by Azadi, and boy was I pleasantly surprised when the mail came! The first thing that struck me was how beautifully everything was packaged. It all came in a super chic black box, and each product was tucked inside protected wrapping, looking extremely classy with sleek black bottles and a cool logo. I felt like I was unwrapping a luxury spa experience right there in my bathroom! It just looked so nice sitting there!

This set came with six full-size products, each designed to strengthen, brighten, and hydrate the skin. Here’s how they’ve genuinely made a difference in my life:

First, the cleanse face wash was a total game-changer for me. Crafted with mild sugar, amino acids, oat-derived cleansers, and Azelaic acid, it was honestly such a great cleanser as it is both gentle and effective. It cleaned deeply without ever making my eczema and red spots flare up, and I started noticing those sunspots fading slowly even within a week of use- perhaps it was my skin clearing up due to the cleansing effects of this product.

Then there’s the Brighten Day Serum, which honestly feels so good to use. I love serums as they pack nutrients in that really boost my skin's glow. It's loaded with antioxidants from Kakadu Plum and Azelaic acid that really perked up my complexion. But the soothing ingredients like Tamarind Gum and fermented actives made the biggest difference—they calmed my skin and left it feeling velvety-smooth.

The Moisture Boost Polyglutamic Serum is another of my favorites. Knowing that Polyglutamic acid can hold four times more moisture than hyaluronic acid surprised me, but actually seeing what it did for my skin was something else. It brought such deep hydration, improved the texture, and gave my skin a healthy, plump look. This was crucial for my dry, sensitive skin, especially after it got all dried out under the Dubai sun.

The Illuminate moisturiser added a lovely dewy glow to my face, with its mix of Cassia angustifolia, Tamarind gum, and glycerin. It’s packed with antioxidants from Sea Buckthorn, Safflower, and Raspberry oils which helped repair and soothe my skin barrier with Glycolipids. This was especially great during the times when my face became red and itchy, providing the extra care my skin needed to recover and shine.

The protect sunscreen and moisturiser was also fabulous, as it combines sun protection with a dewy, lightweight moisturiser to create an even complexion. With its SPF at 30, it offers full-day protection from the sun and harmful UV rays. I always use sunscreen as a separate step from my normal skincare routine and it's a little bit of a hassle, so I'm very happy that this product combines 2 functions in one.

Last but not least, Azadi's Nourish Retinal Night Serum was a great natural product that really did its job well. With Retinal—a more potent form of Vitamin A—and lovely ingredients like Ectoin and Glycolipids, I woke up each morning to skin that felt refreshed and looked better and more radiant.

What are my final thoughts? I think that using these products from Azadi as part of my daily routine has really boosted my skin’s natural radiance and drastically improved its condition and health. My skin genuinely feels stronger, looks brighter, and stays hydrated throughout the day. I'm so glad to have tried this brand as part of my chemical-free skincare journey. It’s honestly a relief to finally have a skincare routine that not only tackles my eczema and pigmentation issues but also enhances my skin’s natural beauty. I'd definitely recommend checking them out!
