I've been searching everywhere for some organic hemp and cotton shirts to give as gifts this Christmas because I'm a supporter of natural clothing. I want to share with you this awesome shop that I found- THTC . They produce beautiful and politically conscious street wear, made from hemp, carbon-neutral organic cotton, and recycled salvage plastic fibres.
Hemp is a really fantastic material- it is 100% natural without any added chemicals or smells, and in many ways it's considered to be a miracle fibre which is strong, green, long-lasting, light and strong. It's also UV and mold resistant, which means that bacterial hardly grows on the shirt. I'd like to show you some of the coolest Hemp tees that I've seen in a long time!
The first cool t-shirt I received was this Low Class Skate hemp shirt- this shirt caught my eye instantly because it had a really unique design. This Low Class 'Skate Print' is an old design that LC sent to the shop many years ago, but they have printed it on t-shirts using organic ink, which is durable, clear and wonderfully sustainable. In terms of the quality, the t-shirt is made from hemp, which is an amazing, natural fabric which lets the skin breath. It's mixed with cotton, which gives the shirt a lovely crisp fabric.
I love the design of this tee- it has got an unusual back design which means that it looks extra stylish and cool. I also think that the cutting is excellent, for it drapes on one's body perfectly. It would make an amazing gift for a taller guy, as the shirt itself is quite long.
The second item I got was the THTC Organic Cotton Shirt- what I love about this shirt is that it's super stylish and fashionable on men. It is made from a high-quality 100% organic cotton material, and it comes in dark grey and light grey. One thing I noticed was that THTC has different sizes for different items, so be careful if you're choosing sizes! Regardless, the quality of this shirt is fantastic - light, crisp, airy yet soft, it is the perfect balance of cool and comfortable. I think this shirt on its own would make an amazing gift for guys!
The third shirt I got was this amazingly cool Chant Down Babylon t-shirt- this is arguably THTC's boldest and coolest design. The design was drawn by legendary Graffiti artist Mau Mau - but in a bigger, more prominent print. The colors are fantastic- bright, lively and super cool, this shirt oozes style and charisma. I think the lion head at the front gives it a really "street" feel, which means that it would be suitable for guys of all ages and size.
The quality again is fantastic, as THTC really makes the best quality hemp tees that I've ever seen. The tee is soft and supple, and comes in a variety of colors too.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchases from THTC. I think they're a fantastic site and their quality t-shirts means that if you're looking to buy a gift for your man, they're one of the best choices you can ever make!
