The Best Salon In Oxford - Brothers Oxford Review

Hey everyone! I recently needed a haircut in Oxford and tried out Brothers Oxford, a wonderful salon in the heart of the city centre. Brothers is a salon that specialises in all sorts of haircuts and treatments. They are based in Oxford and offer exceptionally affordable prices and some of the best service that I've tried. I went to the salon on a Thursday afternoon and had a trim plus Aveda treatment because my bleached, damaged hair was dry and brittle. Nothing seemed to help tame my frizzy hair. 

 When I first entered the salon, I was impressed by how clean and pretty it looked, and how friendly the stylists were. The salon is beautifully decorated and looked welcoming, clean and bright. I was told to sit on a chair and got my hair washed, which was super comfortable. The Aveda treatment was called the "Botanical Repair Bond Building Deluxe" which costs 25.99 pounds. It was applied after my hair was rinsed, and was left on for about 15 minutes. My hair's terribly damaged from previous treatments and dyes, so this treatment was something I looked forward to for a while. The treatment was washed off after 15 minutes and I was told to sit down for a trim. 

The stylist who cut my hair was extremely lovely and friendly. We had a long chat about the type of hairstyle that I wanted, and how short I wanted the hair to be. I didn't want it to be cut too short, so I showed her a photo of a style I wanted. I think my hair was about waist-length before, and at the end of the cut around 2-3 inches of ends were trimmed. I also got layers, which looked amazing and lightened up my head a lot. The treatment left my hair silky and smooth. As you can see from the photos above, the results are outstanding and I even got a blow-dry! 

Overall, I'd rate Brothers Oxford a 10/10 for it's affordability and service. The haircut and treatment that I got was impeccable and exactly how I wanted my hair to look. I'd highly recommend checking out this wonderful salon if you need a cut in Oxford!
