Elegant, Luxurious and Chic Nightwear- DIA Collections Review

Hey lovelies! I love buying nightwear, lingerie and cute underwear, and I recently decided to upgrade my wardrobe with a new piece of sleepwear from DIA Collections. This amazing brand is known for making some of the finest silk lounger and sleeping masks around, and they sell a huge variety of nightwear, tops, pillowcases and scrunchies for everyone. 

A bit about the brand- DIA Collections is created by designer Lydia Fontana, and aims to bring customers back to a time of glamour, elegance and luxurious comfort. Designer Lydia worked with Canada's elite Wayne Clark and fashion house PORTS 1961.  She realised that there was a need for quality home loungewear and decided to create clothing that would be just that- comfortable, high-class and suitable for the modern woman. Her collection features items made from 100% silk, which is one of the finest and most comfortable material in the fashion industry. 

I want to talk about this lovely Backless Silk Negligee with Antique Lace trim that I received from the brand. This elegant piece isn't just for nightwear, it can also be layered underneath a jacket and worn by itself for a casual, put-together look for the daytime or for work. However, it's also great for sleeping, as it's silky soft and very comfortable. 

As you can see, I styled this lovely negligee dress with a cute cardigan, as this gave off a cool 90s vibe. I wanted to wear it with something casual to show you that it can be worn in many different ways and styles. Even Angelina Jolie has styled a casual silk dress with her casual outfits! You can also wear it alone to sleep, or for lounging around in your house as it's flowing and perfectly fitting on the body.

In terms of the quality, the top is made from 100% mulberry silk which is very luxurious and comfortable to wear. Mulberry silk is extremely smooth and gives off a very warm, shimmering look. What's good about silk is that it is completely natural and durable, and extremely breathable too. It has a cooling effect, which means that you won't get too warm at night. It also feels extremely comfortable, though I'd recommend going a size up if you're in-between sizes.

As for the design, it's absolutely lovely because there's a gentle antique lace trim at the bottom of the negligee which makes the piece look extra delicate, luxurious and gorgeous. The length of the negligee is quite short and fits above the knee, so I think it'd be nice to wear with shorts or some long-johns for a cooler night.

My favourite part has to be it's backless design, as the negligee looks extremely sensual from the back, making it a great gift idea for a special someone on Valentines Day or Christmas. It's absolutely stunning, well-made and beautifully designed.

I also got to try this beautiful Blush Silk Sleep Mask with Ear Loops, which feels super soft and comfortable around my eyes. I use this mask for my long-haul plane rides, and it doesn't feel too tight around my ears at all. In fact, the loop designs means that it doesn't constrain the back of your head unlike other masks, which makes this silk mask extremely easy to use. It came in a beautiful packaging and can be given as a gift to a loved one. Silk masks are great for eliminating wrinkles around the eyes as well as retaining any moisture on your face, so it would make a great travel accessory.

Overall, I'm so happy with this lovely pink negligee. DIA Collections sells lots of different styles, including other types of negligees, dresses and eye masks.
