Lingerie is something that every girl needs, whether it be for yourself, to boost confidence or just to wear on a special occasion. However, it's not easy to find the right fit and size, plus the right material to complement your body and skin. I want to introduce my new go-to lingerie and underwear shop Underwearbypola, an awesome Etsy brand that sells custom bra and knickersr, lingerie and cotton underwear for women of all shapes and sizes.
A bit about the brand- Underwearbypola was founded by Pola, who hand-sews each piece in the UK herself. She's extremely talented and can create any lingerie set for customers, which means that if you see something you like on her Instagram (click here), she can simply make it in your size. Her signature underwear sets are made from cotton and natural materials which are perfect for everyday use. Unlike other brands which sells underwear made from artificial materials like polyester, Underwearbypola sells cotton underwear which are more breathable, durable and comfortable.
I'll show you each piece that I got from the brand and tell you what I think, as well as show you some photos of the lovely items!
1) Everyday boyshorts- these soft and comfortable briefs are amazing and perfect to wear for everyday use. They are extremely cute, and they're really well-made, as they are handmade with precision and detail. I love how the cotton material is breathable and soft, I love the colors too. The brand has a range of underwear set colors, including blue, black and nude- a really comprehensive range. I wear these a lot and they're becoming my new favourite pair of knickers.
2) Cotton rabbit knickers - I gasped at how lovely these knickers are as they're the cutest thing ever. I love how the rabbit pattern is so cheerful and delightful, and I think they're one of the best pairs of knickers that I own. The sizing is on point as it's made to fit my measurements, and I love how they're stretchy and lightweight at the same time. These cotton briefs are perfect for everyday use, and they're also wonderful for girls who like cuter-looking pieces.
3) Customised bra and knickers set- this is perhaps my favourite lingerie set ever. This sassy set is wild, bold and very feminine with a lot of energy. The first thing that I tried on was the bra, which is lovely and beautiful to wear on its own or inside your shirts. What I love about this bra was that it's quite supportive as it covers much of your chest, and it's also sturdy and stable on your body. The straps don't budge when you wear it, and I'm just obsessed with the quality of this bra. It's so well-made and designed, and feels amazing on.
The padding of the bra is soft and smooth, which feels light on your body when you wear it. I love the craftsmanship of the piece, as Pola makes everything really well and beautifully. The back details are gorgeous too! The matching pair of underwear stuns as it's extremely bold and elegant, and a bit sexy to wear. It makes me feel energetic and empowered when I put on these briefs and they're so well made that I think they'll last for years to come. The underwear fits me really well and I got a custom size, which fits my body perfectly unlike other brands with pre-set sizes. It's made with a lovely cotton material which means your body comes into contact with something quite natural, and I absolutely love this piece!
