As a blogger, I've often been asked the question of what parts of my body do I feel insecure about. One of the things that I never tell anyone, and not that anyone really knows about, is that I'm insecure about my small chest. I never had a lot going for me up there, and it's a bit of bad luck in the genetics department, combined with the lack of fat in my upper body. It's just an unfortunate state of affairs!
Anyway, when I heard of Upbra, I was shocked because they claimed that their bras would give cleavage to girls of any bra size. By any, I mean even those girls like me who had very little up there. Does it really work? Is it worth the money? Let me try to answer some of these questions by reviewing 2 of their bras.
The Upbra works in a very simple way. You first wear the bra, and there are little straps on the hem of the bra which you can pull sideways, in an "X" motion which leads to the cups inside being tightened to squeeze your chest together. This means that your chest gets a natural looking cleavage even if you don't have much on there!
For me, I found the bra to be very comfortable as it didn't squeeze my chest too tightly, but it was very smooth and felt really good on my skin. Nothing about the bra was uncomfortable or artificial, and it looks very natural when worn over a tee.
Also, the Upbra comes in various colors and sizes, which means that every girl can find something that they love. For me, I picked the strapless convertible bra, because I wanted something strapless to wear with dresses and low-cut or strapless tops. The nude colour is perfect for me but I'd love to get a black or white one too! They also have cute little hearts on the inside, which is utterly adorable!
The quality of the bra is fantastic. It's very well made and designed in the USA, so actually shipping took around 2 weeks via courier. It's well worth it though, as the Upbra really gave me an increased cleavage and made me look bigger, despite me really having no chest at all from the beginning! This version has a specifically formulated vinyl grip that will keep you up, even when worn strapless!
I was so excited when my Upbra arrived in the mail. They're like a godsend. I sometimes hate my small chest because they don't look nice in a strapless dress. This bra solves my problems. I have to admit, I did think of getting plastic surgery at one point, but with the Upbra, even small-chested girls like myself can get some cleavage.
Overall, I love the Upbra and what their company stands for. They aim to empower women through designing more uplifting underwear, and I think they've succeeded in their mission! I'm so happy with my buys, and I'll definitely be buying more bras from them in the future.
I didn't try it but it look so useful! I'd love to wear it. Great review dear.
