I found these two gorgeous pictures when surfing around for some vintage wallpapers... I'm amazed at the drawing of different types of minerals and rocks on the first image, it's so beautiful, delicate and detailed at the same time... Am currently listening to a lot of internet radio recently, so I don't really have a song of the day, or even week. 

Life's been treating me not too well lately, I've been stressed due to many reasons , and been breaking out in small pimples along my jaws. Maybe it's hormones. Or maybe it's the air quality in HK - pollution is harmful to the skin, that's a fact.

I really need to catch up on the news, especially since these days there seems to be a lot of happenings around the world. Conflicts, big problems with no solutions and many possibilities. Like the dispute between China and Japan, or the impacts of climate change on the world and the future. Politics come into play too...

The coolest thing that happened this week is... I got a job! Yes, it's not that highly paid but it sure is a fun job, one that involves Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr, my favourite sites. I can work from home, plus earn a bit as part-time. My first job ever. 

Just a sudden thought - It has been AGES since I sat down and truly read a book or a novel that I enjoyed. I use to really love reading... what happened ? Anyone here still read novels ? I find that as I get older, there seems to be so much in the world, and I'm caught up in doing one thing after another, without truly stopping to sit down, drink tea and read... 

I am also feeling a little sick, stomach aches and late nights, too much coffee and a lack of sleep means a very sleepy me. Nap time! At 5pm!
